Massage Therapist

In my experience, therapies are only truly effective when they are designed to take account of the specific needs of each individual, rather than on a ‘one size fits all’ basis. That’s why, when you first meet me to discuss your needs and plan your treatment, you will have the opportunity to tell me why you are seeking treatment and what it is you want from it. Whether you are an Ironman athlete or a senior citizen feeling the effects of your advancing age, I can work with you to improve your levels of mobility and comfort.

My practical skills are supported by a thorough knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and functional movement, enabling me to identify and understand the possible causes of your problems. I then work with you to ensure that the treatment you receive is the best for you and your body; I also give you advice on how best to minimize or avoid your problem in the future.

I also have an comprehensive understanding of endurance training and low-carb nutrition.  I started running half-marathons in 2013. In 2017 at the age of 57, I began participating in triathlons; completing three in 15 weeks - all whilst on a ketogenic diet.  I'm now looking forward to more triathlons in the future.
