Hypnotherapy for weight loss

Most, if not all, diets require you to weigh and measure everything you eat, to buy specific, unnatural foods, to view foods as either ‘good’ or ‘bad’ and to make calculations around everything you eat.  In this way, dieting results in you focusing more on the very things you are trying to reduce - food and eating.  This results in a constant psychological battle.

 

Weight loss through hypnotherapy is a very different process!
